Privacy policy

What we collect

When you register, we collect your name, email, mobile number and the profile details you provide, such as class, school or college and city. Our authentication provider handles account sign-in credentials.

When you use the service, we record relevant access grants, expiry dates, test attempts, scores and activity. Payment submissions include the selected offer, name, mobile number and payment screenshot or transaction reference. Store requests may include delivery and order details. Optional planners and activity trackers may store information you choose to enter.

Why we use this information

We use it to create and secure your account, match payments to the correct student, verify receipts, grant the material you purchased, maintain fee and attempt history, deliver orders, provide support and prevent misuse. A payment screenshot is evidence for verification; uploading one does not automatically activate access.

Payment screenshots

Upload only what is needed to identify the payment: amount, date and transaction reference. Crop or obscure unrelated balances, other transactions and unnecessary account details. Never upload a bank password, PIN, OTP, full card number or unrelated identity document. Payment proof is handled through the owner payment-verification workflow and is not intended for public display.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage for login sessions, registered-device checks, account security and features you use. A visitor identifier cookie can last up to one year and supports basic counts of visits by day and page. It is separate from your student password. Browser settings let you clear or block storage; doing so can sign you out or affect saved features.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and file-storage infrastructure, and Supabase supports authentication and classroom data. Those providers may process data outside Pakistan under their own terms and security arrangements. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its privacy policy.

We do not sell student contact details or payment proof. Information is used by the owner and service providers as necessary to operate the portal, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or disputes. Public reviews or comments you submit may appear publicly after approval; do not include private information in them.

Retention and security

Account, learning and financial records are retained as needed to operate your account, resolve disputes and maintain necessary transaction history. Records may remain in backups for a limited recovery period. We restrict account and owner functions and use HTTPS; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us what information is held, request a correction or request account and data deletion. We verify account ownership first. Necessary transaction, dispute and security records may need to be retained; we will explain any such exception when responding. Deletion is a reviewed request, not an automatic action performed by this page.

Students under 18

A parent or guardian should supervise account creation and payments for a student under 18. We ask for the information needed for the learning account and payment process. Parents or guardians can contact the owner to raise a privacy concern or request review of a child's account.

Policy updates

We will update this page and its effective date when our data practices change. Contact the owner before submitting information if anything is unclear.
