Account & data deletion

You can ask us to delete your Student Hub account and personal data at any time.

How to request

1. Send a WhatsApp message to 0345-1500618 from your registered mobile number.
2. Write: "Please delete my Student Hub account", plus your student name and registered mobile number.
3. We may ask one question to confirm it is really you.

What we delete

• Your account (name, mobile number, login).
• Your test attempts, scores and progress.
• Your uploaded payment screenshots.
• Your comments/reviews (or we make them anonymous).

What we may keep

A minimal payment record (amount, date, transaction ID) if needed for accounting or legal reasons.

Timeline

Deletion is completed as soon as practical after we verify the request. We confirm on WhatsApp when done.

Note: Deleting your account ends access to all purchased tests. This cannot be undone, and unused access is not refunded.
